It’s crazy to see how far Metro Zu has gone since I first got introduced to them by SXC around 3 years ago. It’s also crazy to think that its been that long already. From the collaborations they have done, to the different sites that have began to fuck with them, to the fanbase that they have compiled globally, and the infinite amounts of opportunities waiting for them in the future. I’ve always had a place for them on here no matter what cause we kind of came up around the same time, feeding off each other and growing as time passed, not to mention that we are obviously avid fans. I do gotta say they got so much fucking music that its even hard for me to keep up with all their releases. I figured not everybody that has picked up on the ZU is a day 1 mothafucker and hasn’t heard all their music. With that being said, I tried my best along with Q and Fern to make a list of what we would say are the ‘Classic’ tracks that Metro Zu has laid down over the years. This consists of group tracks, solo tracks, collabo tracks, the smooth joints, along with the gooned out shit. At the end of the day its all love man I can’t say enough about these dudes they’re some of the coolest most down to earth mafuckas you’ll ever meet, humble and always down for whatever the fuck. Don’t get me wrong they’re crazy as fuck too but thats exactly why they have garnered so much attention, making a style out of not having a style, making a genre out of not giving a fuck about anything.
